Jeffrey T. Bagley, CFP^® is one of the founding partners of BCR Financial Services, LLC, the Pittsburgh, PA based investment advisory firm that specializes in comprehensive financial planning.  

As a Certified Financial Advisor, Jeff prepares a comprehensive and personalized financial analysis for his clients based on each client's personal goals and desires.  He uses this financial plan as a tool in which to provide specific, detailed recommendations that will allow his clients to achieve these objectives.  Jeff's areas of expertise include investment management, utilizing strategies as asset allocation within mutual fund and individual stock portfolios, to more complex strategies such as minimizing risk through the use of options and other alternatives outside of equities.  Jeff also has dealt extensively with retirement planning/IRA distributions, stock options, income and estate tax planning.  Jeff has been able to build and continually enhance his financial planning practice by focusing on his existing clients needs.   He works exclusively off referral from these existing relationships, which allows him to spend 100 percent of his time paying attention to your account.  In addition, Jeff mandates a minimum for new clients of at least $50,000 in investible assets or a gross income of $100,000 or greater in order to manage his time most effectively.  "Every client should expect that I am monitoring and evaluating their account on a continual, consistent basis.  There should be an unspoken understanding that their investment is regarded with the highest importance, as if it was my own."

Jeff is originally from Cranberry Twp., and currently resides in the North Hills.  He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and has bachelor degrees in both Business and Psychology, and a minor in Economics.  Throughout college Jeff held many jobs and internships, including serving as an assistant to a Vice President of Merrill Lynch's Pittsburgh offices, where he was responsible for developing and implementing a client service management system.  In 1994, Mr. Bagley joined American Express Financial Advisors, where he achieved Senior Financial Advisor and Master Advisor status, the two highest levels of recognition with the firm at that time.  In 1996, Jeff participated in the American Express Financial Advisors national case competition for client advice and received the "Quality of Advise Award".  Jeff received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in Sept 1997.  In Feb 1998, Jeff and his partners formed BCR Financial Services, LLC, an independent advisory firm.  Jeff currently holds his insurance and securities licenses as a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, Member NASD, SIPC.  He has achieved either Chairman's or Executive Council in each year of his affiliation with this broker-dealer.  He has been an active member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Financial Planner's Association (FPA) since 1998.  Through this association membership, Jeff attends numerous continuing education workshops focusing on the latest financial planning topics.
