BCR Financial Services, LLC

BCR Financial Services LLC, is an independent Investment Advisor and full service financial planning firm, with offices north, south, and west of Pittsburgh, PA. BCR services clients across a full range of financial planning needs, from those just starting their careers to those focusing on retirement and complex estate planning needs. BCR deals with business owners, large and small, business executives, those who have recently added someone to their family, as well as those who have just lost a loved one. BCR advisors assist people close to retirement, as well as people far from that thought. Multi generational planning is one of their specialties.

Although client situations are diverse, each client that BCR works with shares a common goal: to make the most out of what they have, in the most efficient, and unbiased way possible. BCR employs comprehensive financial planning techniques to help their clients pursue financial freedom. BCR develops individual financial game plans, grounded with sound realistic goals. Clients provide their unique personal financial information, which, in turn, BCR uses to address areas of financial planning such as Personal Financial Position, Protection Planning, Income Tax Planning, Retirement, and Estate Planning.

By maintaining ongoing contact with clients, we believe BCR accomplishes the ability to provide superior customer services for investment advisory services and financial game plans. Clients need to stay constantly involved in the relationship and work with their advisor to help manage their ongoing and ever changing relationship.

Business Continuity Plan

BCR Financial Services, LLC has developed a business continuity plan on how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business.  Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, we will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur.  With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on our plan.

Contacting us– If, after a significant business disruption you cannot contact us as you usually do at our main number in Wexford, PA (724) 933-9000, you should call our alternate number, (412) 262-5595, or go to our website (www.bcrfinancial.com) for additional contact information.  The address of our alternate location is 600 Commerce Drive, Ste 609, Moon Township, PA 15108.

Our Business Continuity Plan– We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the firm’s books and records, and allowing our personnel to continue to service clients from alternate locations, if necessary.  Additionally, the plan addresses: data backup and recovery; all mission critical systems; alternative communications with clients, employees and regulators; regulatory reporting; and assuring our clients of ongoing service with regard to their BCR Financial services or engagements.  In short, our business continuity plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the significant business disruption.

Our broker/dealer, Lincoln Financial Securities Corporation, backs up our important records in a geographically separate area.  While every emergency poses unique problems based on external factors, such as time of day and the severity of the disruption, we have been advised by our Lincoln that its objective is to restore its own operations and be able to complete existing transactions and accept new transactions.

Varying Disruptions– Significant business disruptions can vary in their scope, such as only our firm, a single building housing our firm, the business district where our firm is located, the city where we are located, or the whole region.  Within each of these areas, the severity of the disruption can also vary minimal to severe.  In a disruption to only our firm or the building housing our firm, we will transfer our operations to a local site when needed and expect to recover and resume business within 48 hours.  In a disruption affecting our business district, city or region our response relies more heavily on other organizations and systems.  We will transfer our operations to a site outside of the affected area in an effort to recover and resume business; however, this recovery objective may be negatively affected by the unavailability of external resources and circumstances beyond our control.  In either situation, we plan to continue in business as quickly as possible and notify you through this website or via alternative communication.
